Base Package

GrandMetrics BI-as-a-Service is priced to be very affordable to the small to middle market firm, with typically no upfront charges for basic service levels.  The base package includes connecting to available data sources and providing associated reporting relating to sales history, open orders, inventory, receivables, payables, open vendor purchase orders, payroll, financial statements and general ledger for up to 10 users. Ongoing product version updates related to base package data are included in the base package pricing. Pricing options below the base package price are available for a la carte module selections.

Premium Packages, ProfitWrench™ & Other Optional Modules

Our Premium Package includes ProfitWrench™, an add-on module which determines your actual costs to serve at a very granular level, so you can roll up the results to determine the most profitable and least profitable segments of your business.  This powerful module will not only enable you to understand which areas of your business are the profit drains and which generate the highest returns, but more importantly, will identify the reasons why, so you can either make the corrective fixes or maximize your profit opportunities.  ProfitWrench™ also breaks down your overall cost to serve, and benchmarks each of these underlying costs against the activities that drive these costs. ProfitWrench™ can also be purchased on a stand-alone basis. We also offer a Premium Enterprise version of GrandMetrics BI, which is designed for clients with exceptionally large data sizes, data sources or user base or for those clients desiring more frequent data refreshes. Special Services

Custom development

GrandMetrics also offers stand-alone customized BI solutions that we build when your business has unique reporting needs.  Similar to all of our offerings, such special services are offered as a complete BI-as-a-Service solution, where we manage every aspect of design, implementation, delivery and support.

Training services

We provide training free of charge to the GrandMetrics coordinator designated for your company. GrandMetrics also offers on-line or in person training classes for your management team which can be customized to satisfy your needs.  Such training is provided at a fixed quoted rate, plus any travel expenses.  We also provide personal BI training for any individual manager in your organization on an hourly rate. Consulting services

GrandMetrics also offers a variety of consulting services related to improving profitability through data discovery. Examples include (a) Development of action plans designed to enhance the profitability of your company and (b) Development of incentive plans to reward managers who attain goals tracked and reported through GrandMetrics BI.  We also provide data discovery and extraction support services at an hourly rate upon request.
