GrandMetrics’ searchable questions library helps direct a new user to the exact page of a report where the answer to their question is found.   The user simply searches an extensive library of frequently asked questions using simple keywords to find the exact report and page where the answer is found.  Better yet, using GrandMetrics’ Click-to-Answer™, a specific question from the library can be added to the user’s personalized dashboard so they can simply click on the question to instantly be navigated to the answer.

With almost 200 pages of reports and over a thousand data related visualizations, sometimes a brand-new user of GrandMetrics BI can be intimated by the depth of available information.  But fear not! GrandMetrics makes business intelligence easy!
